ACI is an agency created during the National Pandemic announced by the President of the United States of America.
The agencies primary focus are on the two aspects heavily impacted by the Coronas Virus known as CoVid-19, which is a World Pandemic and currently has the USA economy on the brink of a severe recession, and the front-line emergency Healthcare personnel who are on the brink of collapse.
ACI Agency, has a solution that just like September 9,2011. TSA was created to help or assist the crisis the United States faced at the time. ACI Agency, established {PHA-CoVid-19], which stand for PHA-CoVid-19 Public Health Assistant- CoVid-19.
This is a 10 Business Days program that deals with the Vital Signs & Testing for the COVID-19 VIRUS.
This program will not only create jobs it will help people on the Front-lines of the Healthcare fields.
We know already that last week 2.5 Million Americans have filed for unemployment, even the stimulus package signed by the president can only do so much.
We need all entrepreneurs and businesses to put citizens back to work, and we believe this program, will fit the emergency crisis that we are going through right now.
ACI is ready to recruit and put people to work in 3 weeks time and start to stabilize the downward cycle of the economy and give people hope for the future.
Course Curriculum, Vital Signs:
1. Pain Rating
2. Oxygen Saturation
3. Body Temperature
4. Heart Rate {Pulse}
5. Respirations
6. Blood Pressure
7. Testing-
This, will be the focus of ACI for 10 business days, schedules as follow:
Detection of virus
CDC 2019-nCoV Laboratory Test Kit
Day 1-Testing
5 Hours-
Sample Using real time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR)[102] the test can be done on respiratory samples obtained by various methods, including nasopharyngeal swab or sputum sample.
PROCEDURE: nasal swab using a large tipped, plastic shafted Dacron swab. The swab is inserted approximately 1 centimeter, rubbed along the septum of the nostril for 3 to 5 seconds, and withdrawn. The swab was then placed in M4-RT viral transport media for testing.
All samples are refrigerated for <24 hours until aliquots could be taken, which were then frozen until testing.
DAY 1: PAIN RATING
Steps to take.
Introduce yourself to the patient and tell them what you’ll be doing for them, which are their vital signs.
Then ask the patient to tell you his or her name, DOB, and also look at their hand for a wristband if they have one.
After that, start with the easiest question, ask the patient about their pain level??
Why? Because their pain level can increase their vital signs such as (heart rate, blood pressure) especially if they just had a surgery or some type of trauma.
We scale the pain rating from 0-10,
0 = no pain at all
10= being the worst pain you have.
If your answer is 8 for example, then you’ll like to ask more questions.
A. Please describe the pain to us
B. Document the description of the pain and the location as well
3 Hours training on
A. Pain Rating
1 Hour Training on PPE {Personal Protective Equipment}
1 Hour Training on Hands on Materials dealing with the Course on Pain Rating.
1 Hour Training of CDC guideline, Hospital protocols, Etc.
DAY 2: OXYGEN SATURATION
We can use a portable one or the one that is connected to a bedside monitor.
Place the device on the nail bed fingers with good circulation.
Normal oxygen saturation is 95-100%.
Document your findings always.
5 Hours training on
B. Oxygen Saturation
1 Hour Training on PPE {Personal Protective Equipment}
1 Hour Training on Hands on Materials dealing with the Course on Pain Rating.
1 Hour Training of CDC guideline, Hospital protocols, Etc.
DAY 3: BODY TEMPERATURE
Normal adult range between 97 degrees- 97 degree Fahrenheit
Average is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit orally
Adult fever = greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit
You can take body temperature in different ways.
A. Orally = below your tongue
B. Forehead
C. Ear
D. Armpits
E. Rectal
Just to remember rectal & tympanic temperature are 1 degree Fahrenheit higher than oral.
Axillary & temporal temperature is 1 degree Fahrenheit lower than oral.
Using portable device to measure temperature.
Document your findings, and also the method you used to take the temperature.
5 Hours training on
C: Body Temperature
1 Hour Training on PPE {Personal Protective Equipment}
1 Hour Training on Hands on Materials dealing with the Course on Pain Rating.
1 Hour Training of CDC guideline, Hospital protocols, Etc.
DAY 4: REVIEW MATERIALS
5 Hours Review Materials on:
1. Pain Rating
2. Oxygen Saturation
3. Body Temperature
4. PPE
5. CDC news Guideline
3 Hours of Professional in the field training
1. Doctors
2. Medical Physician
3. RN {Registered Nurse}
4. LVN {Licensed Vocational Nurse}

1. Pain Rating
2. Oxygen Saturation
3. Body Temperature
4. PPE
5. CDC news Guideline
3 Hours on practice and Q & A
Videos Practice on PPE and CDC guideline for safety.
DAY 6: HEART RATE
Pulse scale
0= pulse is absent
1+= pulse is weak
2+= pulse is normal
3+= pulse is bounding
How is the pulse, regular or irregular???
In the adult, the most common place to access the pulse is the radio artery, easy to access.
Find the thumb, and below it, support your arm, then use your first 3 fingers to fill the pulse (do not use your thumb or your pinky)
Just touch it, don’t press too hard and feel the pounding of the pulse.
Ex. If a heart rate was 82, regular, 2+ count 30 seconds and multiple by 2, if irregular, count a full minute, and record exact number.
A normal heart rate is between 60-100 RPM (rate per minute)
5 Hours training on
D: Heart Rate {Pulse}
1 Hour Training on PPE {Personal Protective Equipment}
1 Hour Training on Hands on Materials dealing with the Course on Pain Rating.
1 Hour Training of CDC guideline, Hospital protocols, Etc.
DAY 7: RESPIRATIONS
Normal adult breathing rate is 12-20 breaths per minute.
Two ways to look at patient breathing
Looking the patient from the side, observed the chest in and out movement, or put your hand in their back.
One rise, one fall = 1 respiration
Count that for 30 seconds if regular and multiply by 2
If irregular, you need to count a full minute and record number.
Always, document your findings.
5 Hours training on E: Respirations
1 Hour Training on PPE {Personal Protective Equipment}
1 Hour Training of Hands on Materials dealing with the Course on Pain Rating.
1 Hour Training of CDC guideline, Hospital protocols, Etc.

Patient should be sitting down; legs not cross and arm support or lies down to perform the duty.
We are looking at two numbers:
1. Systolic number (top number / first sound)
2. Diastolic number (bottom number/last sound)
Ex. Blood pressure sound reading 104/78
Normal blood pressure
A. Systolic = less than 120
B. Diastolic = less than 80
Elevated blood pressure
A. Systolic = 120-129
B. Diastolic = less than 80
Hypertension stage 1
A. Systolic = 130-139
B. Diastolic =80-89
Hypertension stage 2
A. Systolic = greater than 140
B. Diastolic = greater than 90
